The rules that govern buying and using lead files from Aged Life Leads.

1. Who we are and what we sell
Aged Life Leads (“we,” “us,” “our”) sells consumer inquiry data (“leads”) to licensed insurance professionals, agencies, and brokers (“you”). Leads originate from our own advertising campaigns in which consumers submitted a life insurance inquiry. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are (a) at least 18 years old, (b) buying leads for legitimate insurance business purposes, and (c) properly licensed in every state for which you purchase leads.
3. Orders, pricing, and delivery
- Prices are per lead as displayed at the time of purchase and may change without notice for future orders.
- Files are delivered digitally, normally same-day, to the email address you provide at checkout.
- Aged leads may have been, or may later be, sold to other buyers. Semi-Fresh Exclusive leads are sold once, to a single buyer, and are permanently removed from inventory upon sale.
- All sales are final. We do not issue refunds; qualifying defective leads are replaced under our Replacement Policy.
4. License to use the data
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the delivered leads for your own insurance marketing and sales. You may not resell, rent, publish, or share lead files with any third party outside your own agency, and you may not use the data to build or enrich a competing lead product.
5. Compliance is your responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you contact the consumers in your file, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, federal and state Do-Not-Call registries, CAN-SPAM, state insurance marketing regulations, and any carrier rules that apply to you. Lead age, consent status, and dialing method requirements vary — obtain your own legal advice. We make no representation that any particular contact method is permitted for any particular lead.
6. No guarantee of results
Leads are opportunities, not sales. We do not guarantee contact rates, appointment rates, conversion rates, or revenue. Testimonials and examples on this site are not promises of your results.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in our Replacement Policy, lead files are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or regulatory penalties arising from your outreach practices.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of purchased leads, including any alleged violation of telemarketing or privacy laws.
10. Website use
You may not scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer this website or its content. All trademarks, logos, and content are our property or used with permission.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version; continued use of the site or new purchases after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Aged Life Leads is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to first contact us to attempt informal resolution of any dispute before pursuing other remedies.
