3. Consumer information in lead files
Consumers in our lead files provided their information voluntarily by submitting a life insurance inquiry through our advertising campaigns. Records may include name, contact details, age or date of birth, state and address, and inquiry-specific answers (such as beneficiary or coverage reason). We sell this data only to insurance professionals for insurance marketing purposes, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
4. How we use information
- To process and deliver your orders and respond to your messages.
- To provide replacements and customer support.
- To send order-related emails. We don’t sell customer contact information to third parties.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
5. How we share information
- Payment processors (e.g., Whop) to complete transactions.
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as email delivery and form processing (e.g., FormSubmit for contact form routing) — only what's needed to perform the service.
- Lead buyers: consumer lead data is shared with the purchasing agent as described in Section 3.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

We keep customer records for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Consumer lead records are retained while commercially relevant and then deleted or anonymized.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices & rights
- Consumers: to have your information removed from our inventory, email us with your name and phone number and we will suppress the record from future sales.
- Customers: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information at any time.

9. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to function (for example, remembering an in-progress order selection). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
